Coaching for Creatives & Entrepreneurs

Hi there!  I'm Jess, and I'm a consultant and creator who also happens to be a life coach. 

I specialize in coaching creatives and entrepreneurs. I provide an inspiring and supportive environment to help you reach your goals, process trauma, and learn skills so you can become the best version of yourself. 

I'm passionate about helping people who are newly starting out or have a long history of having projects that haven't seen the light of day.  

I am also passionate about supporting people with a history of trauma, including those with learning disorders.  

My coaching style is fun and encouraging, but it's also incredibly supportive. Together we will create a practical, self-paced action plan that will change your life. 

I'll help you BREAK THROUGH barriers that have been holding you back, freeing up your time to live your passions. Through my approach, we can figure out what's behind the blocks that are holding you back and give you the structure you need to get unstuck!

• I coach creative folks who struggle with being misunderstood and underrepresented. I also coach by addressing any history of trauma, to help you process your trauma and turn the pain or struggle into art or business opportunities.  

• I help creative and entrepreneurial people who are neuro-divergent or struggling with trauma to better understand their inner selves, and show them the correct path toward life-changing success.

• I help creative people like you to take their good ideas and turn them into solid plans of action, get unstuck from resistance, and find practical solutions for taking action.

• Life is no picnic if you are creative in the current societal landscape. People often don't get creative people and why it requires a different style of living, more time to process and make things, more time to play, etc. I have been there, I understand where you are coming from, what distracts you, how to get focused, with a full range of tools and resources specifically for the creative person.

• You are creative and have a creative personality—I get that. And I know how easy it is for your ideas to get stuck on the back burner. You're complex and interesting, but sometimes you don't even know how to process your own thoughts, much less figure out how to manifest your ideas into the world.

• If you've got some creative ideas and a creative personality type, but feel stuck in daily life where you work a 9-5 job to make ends meet and not achieving your creative goals, and/or working on your creative projects feels like a slog when you're supposed to be having fun, then coaching might be for you.
